PHX Training aid equipment specialists with management skills
Fifteen managers at a control and protection equipment specialist Acrastyle have achieved an Apprenticeship/NVQ certificate in management through training provider PHX Training.

The course lasted twelve months and staff have also been undertaking functional skills in English, Maths and IT.
David Brands, managing director of Acrastyle, said: "We are committed to training staff to improve productivity and team work in the company. This worked for us and enabled our managers to develop their skills and techniques, and is something they can use in an ongoing way."
